Description
The Waltron Aqualert 6051 Hardness Analyzer is an advanced water quality monitoring instrument designed to measure total hardness in water as calcium carbonate (CaCO3). The Waltron Aqualert 6051 offers reliable and affordable automation using titrimetric technology. It features a fully automatic, user-friendly design with minimal maintenance needs and long-lasting reagents.
The Waltron Aqualert 6051 delivers high accuracy (±5%) and repeatability (±2.5%) across a wide measuring range of 0.22 to 534 ppm as CaCO3. A 3-inch LCD interface with an intuitive graphic overlay for simplifies operation. The system includes two relay outputs, an analog 4–20 mA signal, and an SD card for data extraction. With a short cycle time of approximately 3 minutes and no calibration required, it provides efficient and mistake-proof monitoring. The unit is housed in a durable ABS, stainless steel, and PVC enclosure, and operates effectively within standard industrial environmental conditions.
