Description

The Erbessed Instruments DEFIANT Machine Monitoring System is engineered for versatility, supporting a wide range of signals and seamlessly integrating with multiple sensor types. The DEFIANT is fully compatible with Erbessd's PHANTOM sensors, providing superior data visualization with remote access capabilities.

The DEFIANT captures essential information such as vibration, temperature, speed, current, and any other needed parameter, providing instantaneous insights into machine performance. By processing data in real time, DEFIANT enables the operator to monitor the health and efficiency of their machinery, and provides the analyst with vital information to perform professional diagnostics and prevent future problems.

When sensors identify unusual patterns or potential issues, the system can trigger alerts and notifications, allowing maintenance teams to take proactive measures. This immediate response not only prevents costly repairs but also extends the life of the equipment.

Standard vibration monitoring real time overalls include acceleration, velocity, displacement, acceleration envelop, crest factor, kurtosis, skewness, peak to peak, etc.
