Description

The WIKA CPP140-M comparison test pump is a hand-operated pneumatic pump designed for generating precise pressure or vacuum to test, adjust, and calibrate mechanical and electronic pressure measuring instruments. It works by applying the same pressure to both a reference instrument and the device under test, allowing direct comparison of readings to check accuracy and make adjustments.

The CPP140-M can generate pneumatic pressures up to 140bar or vacuum down to -0.95bar without an external pressure source. A fine adjustment valve enables precise control, while a built-in shut-off valve ensures leak-free operation. The pump is equipped with two quick-release test connections featuring freely rotating knurled nuts for easy alignment of mounted instruments. It includes adapters for G1/2, G1/4, 1/2 NPT, and 1/4 NPT female threads, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of devices. Durable and portable, the CPP140-M is suitable for laboratory, workshop, or on-site use.
