Description
The Optris CTi 2M infrared thermometer offers precise non-contact measurement of metals. It measures temperatures from 302 to 3632°F using a 1.6µm wavelength and features a very small sensing head that fits into tight spaces. The short measuring wavelength helps reduce temperature reading errors on surfaces with low or unknown emissivity.
The CTi 2M provides exposure times as low as 110µs and measuring spots from 1.5mm. Emissivity and transmissivity are adjustable via programming keys or software, and signal processing functions include peak hold, valley hold, and average. The device is rated IP65 (NEMA-4) and the sensing head can operate in ambient temperatures up to 257°F without additional cooling.
