Description
The Rosemount CX2100 In-Situ Oxygen Analyzer provides continuous and accurate measurement of excess oxygen in flue gases from any combustion process. Accurate oxygen measurements from furnace exhaust help optimize combustion and reduce downtime through its robust oxygen sensor and autocalibration capabilities.
The CX2100 includes replaceable oxygen cells and diffuser assemblies, a quick-connect probe for easy maintenance, and a flame safety interlock that shuts down the heater in case of flame loss. It is available with remote electronics in an explosion-proof design. The local operator interface can rotate 360° in 90° increments and features four capacitive touch buttons. The analyzer supports HART revision 7 and NAMUR NE-43 compliance and operates in process temperatures up to 1300°F, with an extended option up to 1562°F. Autocalibration can be done manually or with the optional Rosemount SPS 4001B manifold.
